We have local chefs that will welcome you into their restaurants, and teach you how to cook authentic Moroccan cuisine. If you’ve always wanted to learn how to make a tajine using the earthenware pot, or season fresh fish with aromatic spices, then you will enjoy this class. We recommend Essaouira for its freshly caught fish.

You will go to a traditional market with a chef to buy the ingredients that you will use to cook your meal, and you will learn about the different spices used in Moroccan cuisine. Alternatively, if you have limited time or don’t want to visit the market, you can let us know what meal you would like to cook beforehand and we will ensure the ingredients are in the kitchen before you arrive. Our chefs are more than happy to share the secrets of Moroccan cooking, which is a labour of love that brings people together. Once you have finished cooking, you will sit down and enjoy your meal which we are sure will be delicious!
